Scheduled - Banner and all related services/integrations will be temporarily unavailable between Friday, December 12th at 10PM and Saturday, December 13th at 2AM due to essential Oracle database patching. The patches will apply security updates and introduce improvements to system stability, performance, and functionality.

Investigating - We are seeing an increase in sophisticated email phishing attempts. We have notified a handful of users at their personal email addresses that their accounts have been locked. Locked users will need to contact the LTS Helpdesk (8-help [610.758.4357]) and have a Zoom session to verify your photo ID and restore your account.

Reminder: Please report any suspicious activity to the Help Desk or security@lehigh.edu.
